Very happy to see this community growing and to be part of this experience. Each chapter creates a very fertile environment for valuable opportunities and learnings.
I would like to express my gratitude for the opportunity to participate in such an enriching meeting. It was a transformative experience that broadened my perspective on the topic and reinforced my motivation to continue specializing in the field.
This looks great. My goal for 2024 is to be KPI focused and this guide is just what I need.
Picking up a copy immediately.
Mori Kabiri’s Law Firm KPIs finally give firms the measurement framework I’ve advocated for years… From AI adoption rates to AFA profitability metrics, this book turns vague tech promises into concrete intelligence.”
By leveraging data and KPIs, legal teams can not only mitigate risks but also uncover opportunities that help companies explore how the legal function can evolve from a reactive role to a true enabler of business success.
Happy to be part of this insightful conversation! (The Forum – South America)
As you all know, as a legal operations analyst, I am constantly looking for ways to demonstrate the value and efficiency of my work. I recently started reading Mori Kabiri’s book on Legal Operations and have found, in the pages I’ve read so far, precise tools to optimize processes and manage them more effectively. The explanations about KPIs and metrics are clear and applicable. Although I haven’t finished it yet, it has already left me with a very positive impression. Once I do, I’ll share some insights with you to keep you updated.
This isn't a book that just sits on a shelf. Believe me - I enjoyed reading it so much, I took it with me on a holiday trip as my hobby read. (I will admit I am a data nerd but still.) What I appreciate most about this book is its practicality. Mori's approach is straightforward and focused on application, which makes the book accessible regardless of your expertise level. The inclusion of digital resources via QR codes and the detailed explanations of each KPI make this a tool I can use consistently to make informed decisions and improve our department's performance and reputation. I appreciate it not only for its depth in legal metrics but also for its broader application across other business functions like compliance and finance. I suspect this text is secretly useful for law firms and vendors as well. Understanding the intricacies of how corporate legal departments operate can be challenging. Legal Operations KPIs acts like a cheat code, offering insights into corporate needs and expectations, which can significantly enhance the services providers offer. As someone deeply involved in our legal department, Legal Operations KPIs has proven to be a highly useful guide. For anyone in a legal operations role looking to make a tangible impact, I'd recommend this book.
Mori is one of the smartest guys I've ever worked with... this is bound to be a must read.
The KPIs and frameworks you’ve pulled together in the books feel like exactly the kind of shared language that helps us align expectations and make smarter decisions together.
What a pleasure to rediscover the joy of simply learning and challenging myself. The book 'Legal Operations KPIs' arrived earlier than expected!!! Paraphrasing a wise mentor friend: 'I will read it as if it were a novel.'
I keep referring to it [Legal Operations KPIs] as the Bible, and anybody who wants to know anything about KPIs for a really legal department, this really is, to me, the best place to start.
My pleasure, Mori, it was great meeting you and learn more about KPIs, a subject that is very important and often a complex challenge for legal functions
I just read the recent article “Law Firm KPIs: The Professional’s Handbook for Pricing, Productivity, Profitability,” and it feels like a must-read for any firm serious about growth.
