This looks great. My goal for 2024 is to be KPI focused and this guide is just what I need.
This book (in English or Spanish) is a great reference resource that helps explain what a metric is, what an indicator is, the different types of indicators, and how to visualize data for legal management. The book also provides different examples of indicators related to spend, budget, management, diversity, data quality, legal compliance, and risk management; and as if that weren’t enough, it also includes an entire chapter on best practices with a diagnostic tool for legal data analytics. In any organization, having the right indicators is crucial to properly guide work, innovation, technology implementation, and process improvement. This book will save hours of research by presenting a wide variety of indicators and helping teams decide which ones are right for them. This book is a major contribution to Spanish-language literature on legal operations, informed by years of industry experience, and will help accelerate knowledge for legal management teams across Spanish-speaking countries.
The graphical and easily understandable percentage representations immediately caught my attention. Believe me, they are accurate and straightforward, a rare find. The Legal Operations KPIs book is incredibly helpful for legal professionals dealing with various types of data regularly and needing to perform data analysis. The section of the book, 'How Should You Select the Right Chart for Your Data?' is invaluable for every professional, regardless of their background. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed.

Congratulations to Mori Kabiri on the hot-off-the-press new Legal Operations KPIs handbook that I am honored to have contributed to, along with Mike Russell. Mori had a vision and made it happen.
The author demonstrates such a deep understanding of the subject matter and understand KPI's so fundamentally that his work here can easily be adopted and adapted outside legal operations. I highly recommend reading this well written book to get insight as to what good KPI's are, how the affect decision making and how to fine tune them to get a lot of performance improvement, by making decisions that fully incorporate KPI's as presented here. Anyone dealing with KPI might want to have a copy of this book on their desk. This is a book which is written incredibly complete but also accessible to those with less of a background who are willing to put in an effort and understand the book.' Great job
Mori is one of the smartest guys I've ever worked with... this is bound to be a must read.
