It's fun and always insightful to participate in the meetings and forums.
Legal Operations KPIs book is laid out so simply, and it's very clear. It gives you some relevance. It's history to why we track these, why they're important. If you can't afford to bring all these resources in to do these programs, start here.
It was a fantastic event. The insights and teachings from Professor Mori Kabiri were extremely valuable and aligned with our practices and classes at Jurídico Sem Gravata and Desengravata Oficial 💪🏽
Law Firm KPIs is a nice addition!
The book "Legal Operations KPIs" is a practical and detailed guide on the many possibilities for applying KPIs in the Legal Operations field. It also encourages readers to develop their own insights applicable to numerous ways of measuring legal operations.
A unique event with the fantastic Mori Kabiri, who further empowered our team to face contemporary challenges of a legal department aligned with the organization’s business, through the mapping, building, monitoring, and measurement of a solid KPI system.
The timing is perfect, especially with all the changes in the industry. I'm already thinking of a few lawyer friends I'm going to recommend Law Firm KPIs to. Fantastic work!
Incredible momentum, love seeing how data-driven thinking is reshaping legal operations across borders.
This week, while reviewing materials and updating content, I came across this data point (image below) in the fantastic Legal Operations KPIs book and thought: are we measuring what really matters in legal? And more: are we learning from what we measure? Or just stacking data? I leave this reflection here — and keep learning, to continue teaching with purpose.
I also have a copy of this book on my home desk waiting for the holidays to be done, so I can dig in.
This is the new metrics bible for Legal Ops!
Strong start to the Singapore APAC Hub of the Legal Operations and KPIs Forum last week. A pleasure to join the kickoff session and take part in a candid, thought-provoking discussion.
There’s a book out called Legal Operations KPIs. I would recommend people look at that. That’s a good way to get started.
If you wish to deepen your knowledge on this topic, I strongly recommend reading Professor Mori Kabiri’s book – Legal Operations – The Professional’s Handbook to Operational Excellence, as well as following upcoming initiatives from Jurídico Sem Gravata, which has proven to be an excellent source of learning and networking.
I just read the recent article “Law Firm KPIs: The Professional’s Handbook for Pricing, Productivity, Profitability,” and it feels like a must-read for any firm serious about growth.
Mori Kabiri ‘s book, "Legal Operations KPIs," is an excellent starting point for understanding your operation based on quantifiable data. The book covers everything from basic visualization techniques to the information you should collect to interpret data. After reading, you may find yourself reevaluating your processes and available technology within your legal department.
Excellent! Valuable information. Very explanatory, rich and a milestone. Nothing comparable in legal literature. Highly recommended.
This looks awesome! I will certainly be buying this!
Very happy to see this community growing and to be part of this experience. Each chapter creates a very fertile environment for valuable opportunities and learnings.
Just finished reading Legal Operations KPIs by Mori Kabiri — and it’s an excellent resource. There’s plenty of material out there on KPIs and OKRs, but what stood out for me in this book was its practical approach to defining metrics that genuinely demonstrate the value of Legal Operations through data. It goes beyond theory and focuses on what matters most: making performance measurable and meaningful. One section I particularly appreciated was the emphasis on turning complex analytics into actionable insights. For anyone who has wrestled with translating data into something stakeholders can understand, this is a game-changer. It’s not just about tracking numbers — it’s about telling a clear story of impact. This couldn’t have come at a better time for me, as I’m working on KPI-related projects this year. The ideas in this book have already influenced how I think about aligning metrics with organizational goals, and I’ll be sharing it with my team. If you’re looking to make KPIs less intimidating and more strategic, I highly recommend giving it a read.
