As somebody who has been tasked with heading up a legal operation department, this book has been very helpful and detailed to give me a better idea of what to look and aim for in efficiently running the law department. I’ve been focusing more on legal ops lately, and one thing stands out: most teams think they’re further behind than they actually are.
