I’m jumping on the bandwagon of those who already recommended the book—and that just confirms it’s definitely worth reading. You can find a lot of content about KPIs and OKRs in general, and there’s plenty of talk about how Legal Operations provides value to an organization. But I’ve never seen such a precise analysis and listing of metrics that are specifically suited to provide evidence of that value through reliable data. I’m glad I read it before tackling some KPI-related topics this year—and I’ll certainly recommend it to the team.
Great book, great timing. We have been asking for metrics from our law firm partners for years. This will make it much easier for them to understand and respond to the Voice of the Customer. This is a must-have reference book, whether you are in a law firm or in-house.
The Legal Operations KPIs book is outstanding and becomes an essential read for anyone who wants to better understand the impact of KPIs in legal operations.
El manual del profesional jurídico para la excelencia operativa (Spanish Edition) escrito por Mori Kabiri, lo recomiendo ampliamente para cualquier persona que quiera tomar decisiones basadas en datos reales, mitigar el riesgo e interpretar el desempeño de una manera mucho más objetiva. Y lo mejor, enfocado al área del Derecho (el cual muchas veces se siente ajeno a estos temas...) tanto en inglés como en español.

Mori Kabiri wrote an awesome book on Legal Operations KPIs. I’m currently using it to develop a dashboard and benchmarking program for my L&C team!
This is a great book to learn about all the different key performance indicators relevant to legal operations. Highly recommended.
