Legal Operations KPIs is an excellent resource for KPIs for anyone involved in legal operations. The QR codes are very convenient for going to specific section online. The author does an excellent job providing suggestions for trend analysis.
The author demonstrates such a deep understanding of the subject matter and understand KPI's so fundamentally that his work here can easily be adopted and adapted outside legal operations. I highly recommend reading this well written book to get insight as to what good KPI's are, how the affect decision making and how to fine tune them to get a lot of performance improvement, by making decisions that fully incorporate KPI's as presented here. Anyone dealing with KPI might want to have a copy of this book on their desk. This is a book which is written incredibly complete but also accessible to those with less of a background who are willing to put in an effort and understand the book.' Great job
