Wow! This KPIs workshop was one of the most informative sessions I’ve ever attended.

I finally received my book — written by one of the great thinkers on law firm management and operations. Entrepreneurship in the legal field taught me that strength does not come from victories, but from the ability to persevere — even when everything seems discouraging. The book "Legal Operations", by Mori Kabiri, is about that: transforming chaos into method, pain into learning, and persistence into strategy using data.

As a Legal Ops professional, this book has become my go-to resource. I own many legal-related books, but this is the only one that earns a permanent place on my desk. Time and again, I reach for it to identify the right KPIs for a particular practice group or circumstance. I also use it for inspiration on which charts to include in reports, making it an essential tool not only for metrics but also for clear communication. The content is thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to quickly find exactly what you need or to spark fresh ideas. Whether you’re working in-house or at a law firm, and regardless of department size, this book is an invaluable guide. Highly recommended!

Amazing event!

The author demonstrates such a deep understanding of the subject matter and understand KPI's so fundamentally that his work here can easily be adopted and adapted outside legal operations. I highly recommend reading this well written book to get insight as to what good KPI's are, how the affect decision making and how to fine tune them to get a lot of performance improvement, by making decisions that fully incorporate KPI's as presented here. Anyone dealing with KPI might want to have a copy of this book on their desk. This is a book which is written incredibly complete but also accessible to those with less of a background who are willing to put in an effort and understand the book.' Great job

I believe that the guidance in this legal operations book is a very good example and provides a huge amount of material. You need to review it calmly and see how to get the best out of it, but it brings excellent tips that we, as lawyers, don't naturally have. We're not used to working with charts or being very organized with information, and I have no doubt this is something we must implement and learn little by little.
