What an amazing opportunity I had these days… Wonderful to share ideas with people who know more than we do… Even more so by being with Mori Kabiri… the father of KPIs in Legal Ops. Simply loving the opportunity to work with such outstanding professionals!!!!
Great session at the Legal Operations & KPIs Forum, sharing ideas on how to make the value of the legal function visible through metrics that truly matter. ⚖️📈
Great event!!
This looks great. My goal for 2024 is to be KPI focused and this guide is just what I need.
Without a doubt, an indispensable work for anyone who wants to demonstrate results and understand whether the firm is heading in the right direction!
Recommended Reading: A few days ago I started reading "Operaciones Legales KPIs" by Mori Kabiri, an essential book for everyone who (like me) is looking for new ways to align legal management with the business. You can tell it was a titanic effort, combining Mori’s vast experience with very serious academic work. Great job!
Incredible momentum, love seeing how data-driven thinking is reshaping legal operations across borders.
This is the new metrics bible for Legal Ops!
Being excellent and client-focused is no longer enough. Success depends equally on becoming data-centric—extracting data and knowledge from partners' heads into firm-wide systems. Structured, complete data is the launchpad for utilising the potential of Gen-AI, and KPIs are the levers that shape the data-centric culture law firms should want to build.
A very important legal perspective on KPIs. Data is for all audiences 💚
We need more of legal ops practical handbooks!
It was an incredible experience, not only because we talked about best practices, KPIs, and different tools, but also because we allowed ourselves to connect beyond work: we talked about children, fur-children, and many other interests that connect us as people.
Thank you for opening this space for global reflection and exchange.
Ordered. As always, I recommend that law firms know their clients' KPIs too.
I finally received my book — written by one of the great thinkers on law firm management and operations. Entrepreneurship in the legal field taught me that strength does not come from victories, but from the ability to persevere — even when everything seems discouraging. The book "Legal Operations", by Mori Kabiri, is about that: transforming chaos into method, pain into learning, and persistence into strategy using data.
Legal Operations KPIs book is my "go-to" book on a regular basis.
Very happy to participate in this first meeting and to exchange experiences with so many incredible professionals! I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of my copy!
As somebody who has been tasked with heading up a legal operation department, this book has been very helpful and detailed to give me a better idea of what to look and aim for in efficiently running the law department. I recommend it for anyone who is beginning to create a Legal Operations department or is already involved but looking to further their progress.
