Legal Operations KPIs is a well-balanced book, easy to read and understand to the point. I loved all the charts, facts and figures to help understand better , very useful for the legal field.

Mr. Kabiri provided practical examples and use case scenarios to illustrate the impact of data visualization techniques and data storytelling on the interpretive quality of data analyses and decision-making processes in companies.

It is very relevant to see the application of KPIs in corporate legal departments.

My first participation as a guest in the well-attended Jurídico Sem Gravata meetings was with this international speaker, Mori Kabiri, specialist and author of Legal Operations KPIs. How to use KPIs in favor of the important decisions legal departments need to make every day. Excellent reflections to put all applied techniques into practice.

Legal Operations KPIs – The Professional’s Handbook to Operational Excellence by Mori Kabiri is a book with in-depth, practical examples considering the business and KPIs associated with legal operations. The book covers data, metrics and KPIs, and includes explanations and examples for spend management, budgets, resources and performance management, law firm and vendor management (including external expense distribution analysis), cross-functional collaboration, diversity and inclusion, and risk management and best practices. This is a great toolkit to start off anyone wanting help with practical tips and examples.

Mori Kabiri wrote an awesome book on Legal Operations KPIs. I’m currently using it to develop a dashboard and benchmarking program for my L&C team!
