Singapore (APAC Hub) #1 - Kickoff Meeting

We’re kicking off the Singapore (APAC Hub) Chapter of the Legal Operations & KPIs Forum with a keynote from Janine Dixon, Legal Operations Manager at Meta. This session launches a regional community for legal ops leaders and legal professionals who want to use data to run legal work with more clarity, consistency, and strategic intent.

Mori Kabiri and Gareth Guyers will host the session and briefly introduce the Forum, the APAC Hub vision, and how members can participate across the region. 

Keynote focus
Janine will share practical lessons from operating Legal Ops at scale, including how data, KPIs, and operational discipline translate into better forecasting, budget-to-spend management, and real decision-making.
