Using a real-world legal department example (anonymized), participants will see how teams move from AI pilots to a structured ROI model. They will then apply the framework to their own use case, such as contract review, legal research, knowledge management, or matter intake.
We also cover common mistakes, including over-crediting time savings, double counting benefits, and ignoring implementation costs and quality improvements.
