Kim Wolfe

Kim Wolfe leads Legal Operations, Contracts, and Innovation at State Street, where she helps Legal operate more strategically, effectively, and at greater scale through process improvement and innovation.

Prior to State Street, Kim led the Legal Business Solutions team at Wells Fargo, where she spent three plus years modernizing the legal technology landscape and advancing the department's digital transformation agenda. Much of Kim's career was spent at Barclays in a series of leadership roles across Operations, Client Service, Reference Data, Business Line COO, and Legal, driving change and delivering business results.
A recognized voice in the legal operations community, Kim frequently speaks at industry events including CLOC, SOLID, and LegalWeek, and has been featured on multiple podcasts discussing legal transformation, innovation, and the future of legal services.
Kim holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and is currently pursuing a PhD from Bentley University.
