Mori Kabiri is the author of Law Firm KPIs and Legal Operations KPIs, read in more than 40 countries. A former software founder turned legal-operations strategist, he leads InfiniGlobe LLC, helping law firms and legal departments adopt technology, automate processes, and implement KPIs that drive real results. He also founded the Legal KPIs Forum (now active across six regions) where peers share practical ways to modernize legal work. Blending curiosity, data, and design thinking, Mori believes AI should augment human judgment, not replace it, and that great systems help people see the beauty in their work.
