Jamila Mendoza

Jamila Mendoza is Senior General Counsel at Norgesen Global, specializing in Outer Space Law, ICT Law, and Sustainability Law. She is the creator and pioneer of the Good Outer Space Governance doctrine. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Oslo and a specialization in Finance from the University of Geneva. Beyond the courtroom and the boardroom, she has collaborated on publications with the International Astronautical Federation on Outer Space Law and Governance.
