I’m Colin, General Counsel of Malbek and passionate about making legal tech accessible. My mission is to help people understand where law and technology intersect to drive real change. As an educator, writer, and advocate, I explore how innovation is reshaping the legal landscape and share insights through articles, podcasts, and webinars. I authored The Legal Tech Ecosystem, co-wrote CLM for Dummies, and edited the Handbook of Legal Tech. I also serve as a columnist for Today’s General Counsel and as a judge for the American Legal Technology Awards. At Malbek, I work on the frontlines of contract lifecycle management innovation while advising startups, investing in emerging technologies, and building professional communities. I aim to empower legal professionals to embrace technology, see its potential, and use it to transform the way legal teams work.
