Cash has over 25 years of operational experience in the financial services and legal vertical markets. In addition to his extensive experience, Cash is classically trained with an MBA in operations. He focuses on helping organizations by improving legal department operations. Cash has developed and uses an assessment framework called AMMPPT which stands for “Align, Measure, Manage, People, Process and Technology in support of the business and legal department.” Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) play a critical role in his organization work that provides assessments, consulting, business process and technology improvement/integration as well as managed services.
