Based in Hyderabad, India, Alok Priyadarshi serves as Vice President, Strategic AI Advisory and Legal Transformation at QuisLex. In this role, he helps clients reimagine their legal technology and operating models through an AI-native lens, accelerating adoption of next-generation solutions and driving impactful legal transformation.
With nearly two decades of experience, Alok has led digital transformation and AI-driven strategies at Fortune 500 companies. He began his career at QuisLex, later built and led global Legal Technology and Operations teams at Novartis, and most recently shaped technology strategy for Global Legal Transform and Operate services at EY. He received his LL.B. degree from University of Delhi.
