Alex Gao is the Senior Director of Legal Operations at Hilton, where she oversees business operations for the legal team, including finance, planning, vendor management, and technology. She began her Hilton career as an MBA intern in 2014, later joining full-time and holding multiple Finance roles before transitioning to Legal. Throughout her journey, she has earned her CPA and several professional certificates, supported by Hilton’s culture of learning and mentorship. Born and raised in China, Alex found community and leadership opportunities through Hilton’s Asian & Pacific Islander Team Member Resource Group, where she now helps advance career development and advocacy for members.
