Hace poco empecé a leer el libro Operaciones Legales de Mori Kabiri y he encontrado en las páginas que llevo herramientas precisas para optimizar procesos y gestionarlos de manera más efectiva. Las explicaciones sobre KPIs y métricas son claras y aplicables. Aunque aún no he terminado, ya me ha dejado una impresión muy positiva. Una vez lo acabe, compartiré algunos insights con ustedes para mantenerlos al tanto.

The author demonstrates such a deep understanding of the subject matter and understand KPI's so fundamentally that his work here can easily be adopted and adapted outside legal operations. I highly recommend reading this well written book to get insight as to what good KPI's are, how the affect decision making and how to fine tune them to get a lot of performance improvement, by making decisions that fully incorporate KPI's as presented here. Anyone dealing with KPI might want to have a copy of this book on their desk. This is a book which is written incredibly complete but also accessible to those with less of a background who are willing to put in an effort and understand the book.' Great job

El manual del profesional jurídico para la excelencia operativa (Spanish Edition) escrito por Mori Kabiri, lo recomiendo ampliamente para cualquier persona que quiera tomar decisiones basadas en datos reales, mitigar el riesgo e interpretar el desempeño de una manera mucho más objetiva. Y lo mejor, enfocado al área del Derecho (el cual muchas veces se siente ajeno a estos temas...) tanto en inglés como en español.

Legal Operations KPIs is a must read for all legal operations and law department management teams. It’s a fascinating read.

Great learning opportunity! In Mexico legal ops and KPI are topics that aren't discussed as much as they should, there are much benefits for in-house counsels in learning about these topics.
