For the most part, Legal Ops is a relatively new role in terms of a "title" but many people have been doing to work for years. Mori's book serves as the infrastructure. It provides tangible workflows that are extremely detailed and in my opinion his work is the anchor or underpinning to any Legal Ops team. I am only half way through the book and find myself pausing to contemplate how to fold these concepts into my workflows, hence the tags/markers on the margin to make sure I go back!
