The Legal Operations KPIs book is outstanding and becomes an essential read for anyone who wants to better understand the impact of KPIs in legal operations.
The event was very well organized, and the content was truly rich and meaningful for all of us.
Great session at the Legal Operations & KPIs Forum, sharing ideas on how to make the value of the legal function visible through metrics that truly matter. ⚖️📈
It was a very nice experience to follow along, even virtually. The shared knowledge is extremely valuable for our journey and strengthens the strategic role of the legal function. Congratulations to everyone involved for the organization and the high-level content!
I'm jumping on the bandwagon of those who already recommended the book—and that just confirms it’s definitely worth reading. You can find a lot of content about KPIs and OKRs in general, and there’s plenty of talk about how Legal Operations provides value to an organization. But I’ve never seen such a precise analysis and listing of metrics that are specifically suited to provide evidence of that value through reliable data. I’m glad I read it before tackling some KPI-related topics this year—and I’ll certainly recommend it to the team.
Thank you for the engaging lecture and the unique insights into Legal Operations!
This is a well researched and comprehensive treatise that should be required reading for any legal operations professional.
Really enjoying the easy reading of this very usefull handbook for legal ops purpose. Mori Kabiri ‘s book, "Legal Operations KPIs," is an excellent starting point for understanding your operation based on quantifiable data. The book covers everything from basic visualization techniques to the information you should collect to interpret data.
A very important legal perspective on KPIs. Data is for all audiences 💚
A valuable book for any professional starting their journey in the world of legal operations. From the beginning, the author aims to convey a balanced approach between the technical and personal skills needed by these professionals to connect with the business and people, understand their needs, and provide value to the client.
A good complement to your initial book.
I also have a copy of this book on my home desk waiting for the holidays to be done, so I can dig in.
For the most part, Legal Ops is a relatively new role in terms of a "title" but many people have been doing to work for years. Mori's book serves as the infrastructure. It provides tangible workflows that are extremely detailed and in my opinion his work is the anchor or underpinning to any Legal Ops team. I am only half way through the book and find myself pausing to contemplate how to fold these concepts into my workflows, hence the tags/markers on the margin to make sure I go back! These KPI's are in such demand and ultimately provide the organization with detailed analysis to unpack efficiencies, areas for improvement, shifts in spend, etc. The digital version of the book which is accessible via your hard copy fosters a culture for submitting questions and knowledge sharing which makes us all better!
The KPIs and frameworks you’ve pulled together in the books feel like exactly the kind of shared language that helps us align expectations and make smarter decisions together.
A unique event with the fantastic Mori Kabiri, who further empowered our team to face contemporary challenges of a legal department aligned with the organization’s business, through the mapping, building, monitoring, and measurement of a solid KPI system.
Excellent! I'm sure the book in this version offers great value as innovative content in this language.
The Legal Operations & KPIs Forum (Singapore – APAC Hub) session offered a practical perspective on how legal teams across APAC apply data, KPIs, and operational frameworks to support decision-making, manage resources, and improve visibility across legal work. The discussions around real challenges and trade-offs provided useful insight into how legal operations function in practice. I found the exchange particularly valuable in highlighting how different organizations approach performance measurement, capacity planning, and value delivery in evolving legal environments. The session further strengthened my interest in the intersection of law, technology, and data, and underscored the importance of operational thinking in legal contexts.
Thanks for putting together such a comprehensive book. I can't wait to dive in.
