I’ve been focusing more on legal ops lately, and one thing stands out: most teams think they’re further behind than they actually are. Are you more proactive or reactive? How do you handle difficult matters? 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Are your processes driving results or dragging you down? Where can you unlock quick wins?
