US Northeast Chapter Working Session - May 2026

A closed member discussion on AI adoption, AI ROI, hallucination/error rate, and moving beyond basic usage metrics.

The US Northeast Chapter continued its working group series with a discussion on proposed AI-related metrics for legal teams.

The session focused on AI Adoption Rate, Pilot-to-Production Conversion Rate, AI User Trust and Satisfaction, AI Hallucination / Error Rate, and AI Program ROI.

A key theme was that usage is not the same as adoption. The group discussed how legal teams can connect AI activity to real workflows, efficiency gains, quality, risk, and business impact.
