The session focused on AI Adoption Rate, Pilot-to-Production Conversion Rate, AI User Trust and Satisfaction, AI Hallucination / Error Rate, and AI Program ROI.
A key theme was that usage is not the same as adoption. The group discussed how legal teams can connect AI activity to real workflows, efficiency gains, quality, risk, and business impact.
