En mi curiosidad de seguirme capacitando en temas de #LegalOps, encontré un libro que me está brindando claves y pasos metódicos para optimizar la gestión de las Operaciones Legales, para que las Direcciones Legales pasen de ser un "centro de costos/gasto" a un centro que aporta valor y data legal a las compañías. Definitivamente desde un punto de vista innovador y práctico, está re-enfocando mi manera de ver la gestión legal con datos, métricas y resultados, demostrando que los abogados también podemos ser previsores y tomar decisiones con data.

I recommend it for anyone who is beginning to create a Legal Operations department or is already involved but looking to further their progress.
