Drawing on perspectives from across the Asia-Pacific region, the conversation examined how legal departments can connect data with business objectives, risk management, cost control, workload, and stakeholder expectations. The session emphasized using practical indicators to identify bottlenecks, evaluate technology investments, improve resource allocation, and demonstrate the legal department’s contribution to the wider organization.
