Australia chapter
A closed member discussion on legal cost, external spend, panel reporting, and how different measurement approaches work in practice.
The Australia Chapter is continuing its member working group series with a practical discussion on how legal teams measure legal cost, external spend, and outside counsel reporting.
The session will explore different approaches to tracking total cost of legal, internal versus external spend, law firm reporting, and panel management. Rather than focusing on one “right” model, the discussion will look at how different teams structure their reporting based on their own business context, data maturity, and legal operating model.
This is a small, interactive working session held under Chatham House Rule. It is designed for chapter members to exchange practical experiences, questions, and approaches in a trusted setting.
