Future of Legal Practice in Brazil and Beyond
Hosted by CEPI at FGV Law School in São Paulo, this roundtable brought Mori Kabiri and Professor Dov Greenbaum together to examine how generative artificial intelligence is transforming the legal profession in Brazil and globally. Drawing on their international experience, the speakers discussed the ethical, regulatory, and practical challenges AI presents to lawyers, legal scholars, and researchers.
The conversation explored how legal professionals can respond to technological change while maintaining responsible judgment, professional standards, and appropriate oversight. The event also encouraged dialogue between academia and legal-industry practitioners about the skills and perspectives needed for an AI-enabled legal market. Mori concluded the visit by donating a copy of Legal Operations KPIs to the FGV Law School library
